Introduction to Naeroyfjord
Located west of Norway at county Sogn Og Fjordane, the natural and magnificent Naeroyfjord is a branch of sognefjord and is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site.
Naeroyfjord is famous for its long, winding and narrow passage. It boast a 17 kilometer long passage but at the width of only 300 meters at the narrowest. Mountains surrounding the fjord are erected at 1,700 meters in height.
What To Do at Naeroyfjord
A leisure cruise is the best and most fascinating way to enjoy the view of the fjord. Alternatively, try cycling on the popular Rallarvegen, which is known as the Navvies’ Road. Kayaking is another good option during the summer season.
